Help us put a caption on this photo. What are Lou Thesz and Mae Young saying to each other that made Sam Muchnick (to the left of Thesz) laugh? And why is Lou Thesz tapping The Destroyer on the shoulder? Post your suggested caption in the reader comment area below the picture [click CONTINUE READING to get there] or email us at pwpotato@gmail.com...

For years, wrestling fans have debated which was the best mullet of all time worn by a wrestler. I hereby nominate Colorado Kid, an indy worker from the 1990s pictured here. Please help us with a caption and also nominate anyone else who has a better mullet.

We need a caption for this photo. We also want you to guess which wrestler it is. It was a national wrestler with a major promotion in the late 1980s. He was part of a famous tag team and had a famous manager. Not all blurry photos are funny, but something about this always cracked me up, so I'm sharing here at the Potato. Please click on link below photo to add your comment and guess as to who this is...
Help us with a caption for this photo please. It's Jimmy Valiant at an indy wrestling event that also happened to include Bart Simpson. For a larger view, click on the link below this pic. To comment on the article, also click on the link... [Photo by Wade Keller (c) PWTorch]
We really don't know what to say about what this is. It picks up at 1:50 when a wrestler apparently imitating a tree (!?!) comes out to wrestle. Only pictures do this video justice. [Thanks to Kim Hoffman[
Last night I attended the WWE show in Minneapolis, Minn. at Target Center and, much to my surprise, Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage, and Mick Foley were mingling with fans in the concourse near my seat. It was quite a juxtaposition that while they were posing for photos, about 30 feet away there was a guy in handcuffs surrounded by a half dozen police and security officers just outside the men's room after a fight which included splattered blood.
If you are at a wrestling event and can snap pictures of interesting fans - dressed up, dressed down, with great home made signs, or anything that makes a picture of them worth sharing - send them to us pwpotato@gmail.com. Click on the link below the pic to comment on this photo.
PWPotato Krazy Neko submitted this video from PWG where Kenny Omega challenged Bryan Danielson (Daniel Bryan) to "the spot that never ends." Omega also finds out Bryan's actual real name, and it's neither Daniel nor Bryan. The crowd breaks into song after they hear his real name. It's all part of a definite match strategy in the end. If you find a video on YouTube that is worthy of a Potato embed, send it to pwpotato@gmail.com. Click on the "continue reading" link below to comment.
I saw this at http://www.WrestlingRecall.com and I had to share it here as it fits. It's "The Most Illegal I've Ever Seen in a Wrestling Match." It's farcical, but pretty funny, too, I think. If you see a funny wrestling video (new or old), send it along to us at pwpotato@gmail.com and we'll share it with everyone. To comment on this video, click on this link: [CONTINUE READING]

What is Kevin Nash doing? This backstage photo was taken years ago by Mike Lano. We're not sure what he was doing, but you're welcome to give it your best guess. Email it to us at pwpotato@gmail.com or, even better, click on the article link below the pic and post a comment in the reader comment area. Also, click on the link below the pic to see the full-sized picture as this is cropped...
