1 - NATALYA vs. AKSANA

Natalya immediately starts to work Aksana's leg with holds, and spanks her for good measure. On commentary, Alex Riley and Tom Philips let us know that A.J. Lee is close to surpassing Maryse's record of time spent with the Divas Title. Aksana to the outside and Natalya follows up with a baseball slide. Aksana turns it around on the outside.

Aksana with a more hard-hitting, aggressive style than we usually see from her. Aksana poses for the crowd, so Natalya schoolgirls her for one, but Aksana immediately comes back with more offense. Aksana with a kind of half-Boston crab, but Natalya kicks her away. They brawl a bit, and Aksana elbow drops the back of Natalya's head into the mat. Natalya springs to life, rolls Aksana around, and locks in the Sharpshooter for the win.

WINNER: Natalya in 5:15. It is embarrassing that Natalya took this long to put Aksana away. That said, Natalya made Aksana look good, and Aksana did her part better than she had in a long time. This match was a pleasant surprise given my expectations.

2 - DOLPH ZIGGLER vs. ANTONIO CESARO (w/Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter)

The females in the audience go insane when Ziggler removes his shirt, and ironically a man in the front row catches it. Cesaro uses a headlock to control early on. Ziggle Wiggle and then a low bridge to send Cesaro outside. Cesaro comes back in trades control with Ziggler. Ten elbow drops to Cesaro. Swagger with a distraction on the outside, letting Cesaro cold cock him. Cesaro emulates the Ziggle Wiggle heading to break.

[ Commercial Break ]

Cesaro is tossing Ziggler around out of the break. Jawbreaker gets Ziggler the space he needs, but Cesaro catches him off the top and smoothly transitions to a backbreaker. Double stomp gets a pair of two counts for Cesaro. A series of knees to the midsection and a gutwrench suplex gets two for Cesaro. A telegraphed backdrop lets Ziggler make a real comeback.

Stinger Splash immediately transitions into ten punches in the corner, then a neckbreaker for two. Fameasser out of nowhere draws a nearfall for Ziggler. Cesaro hotshots Ziggler on the ropes, but Ziggler leaps up and hits a big DDT. Swagger is shouting directions to Cesaro, and Cesaro kind of blocks the Zig Zag by holding the ropes.

Ziggler bounces off the ropes and clocks Swagger, letting Cesaro respond with an uppercut. Cesaro Swing seems to go forever. Neck-cracking from Cesaro and the Neutralizer mid-ring wraps it up.

WINNER: Antonio Cesaro in 9:45. It wasn't as good as his technical clinic with William Regal last night on NXT, but Cesaro Claus delivered another present in my stocking this week all the same. I am not sure if it's a good thing that Superstars finally has good matches again, or a bad thing that Ziggler and Cesaro are relegated to Superstars, but I'll take whatever I can get when it comes to quality wrestling.
