Wade Keller: This phrase is said about Bill Clinton: Everything you believe about Bill Clinton is true. Meaning good and bad. Everything you've heard is true, good and bad. Do you think that's the case with Vince, that with what we see on TV, what's been documented by people who have been around him in books and interviews, do you think the average person - well, not just the average person, but you, me, the people who work for him, and the fans who are intense fans - do we have a pretty good idea who Vince McMahon is or do you think there's this whole other side to him that people don't understand?

Eric Bischoff: (deep breath, pause) I don't know. I'll be honest, I don't know. I think to a large degree we know the ugly truth. He's had his own fair share of negative publicity and exposure and I think that's part of who he is. I think there's a lot of good things about Vince. I think Vince has got deep down inside, once you get past that 250 pounds of cold business non-emotional exterior, I think there's a big heart there. He's done a lot of things to take care of a lot of people. All you have to do is walk around backstage and look at some of the people that are still there making a good living and able to feed their families and pay their mortgages. It's not necessarily because they're the best at what they do. I think there's a tremendous amount of loyalty and good nature and generosity in Vince McMahon that people probably don't see readily or quickly. But that's because there's so much other stuff you've got to get through to see it. I don't know. I think the only people who really know Vince are his immediate family. I don't think he's got a friend. If he does, I don't know who it'd be other than talent. He's just a weird - not weird, wrong word - a unique and a complex individual.
