We present today's latest question and answer from Part 4(b). Tune in tomorrow for the next series of Q&A's from part 4.

Wade Keller: Let me play the role of defense attorney for Vince McMahon. As you say, he's got this incredible market cap, he's mega-successful. Does there come a level of success that you reach where it's not even bad business to just say, "I don't want to filter through other people's ideas, my way of doing things works, and I just want things done that way. Even if you think it can be done better, my way is working pretty damn well, I don't want to work with a thousand people and a thousand ideas and try to find the five or six great ideas in that mix. I want things done my way." Because you were in the heat of that mega-success run in Nitro and I'm sure everybody was coming at you with tons of ideas and there had to be a moment where you thought, "Let me just concentrate on doing what I know has worked even if it's not the best, it's working certainly well enough for me to focus on this."

Eric Bischoff: I want to make sure I was clear in our previous interview. While in my opinion every single thing in that company has Vince McMahon's fingerprints on it, he does listen to other people. Other people do come to him with ideas, good and bad. The difference is that when someone comes to him with a good idea, he McMahon-izes it. He takes an idea and modifies it in such a way that it kind of fits the formula or the recipe that he feels works for his company. Honestly, I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I'm not being critical of it because it's working for him. But the net of it is that it all looks the same, walks the same, talks the same, and smells the same so consistently that it's hard to watch. There's just nothing new there. It's not that it's bad, it's just the same. But that's his process. I'm not saying that he just sits in a room by himself and writes the stuff. He clearly doesn't. I don't think quite honestly he's that creative of a person, to be really honest about it. The creativity is not his strength by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, I think he's one of the least creative people that I've worked with. However, he is good at taking other people's ideas and twisting the, turning them, modifying them to fit the formula that clearly has worked for him.
