After listening to MVP's 45-minute interview with the U.K. Sun, I'm seeing a future for the former U.S. champion in the talent-scouting department once his WWE career is over.

MVP prides himself on being a student of the game, he's not shy about expressing an opinion or two, and he feels he's in a position as a future star in WWE to evaluate the current talent rosters. Following are some quotes from his roster eval during the interview.

-- Jeff Hardy: "Jeff is special. He's made that connection with the fans. They buy him, they want him, they care about him. It just makes sense to give that guy an opportunity to do the things that he does." ... On the WWE Title victory at Armageddon: "I couldn't be happier for him."

-- Koslov: MVP said he worked with Koslov at the Deep South developmental promotion in Georgia. "A lot of the guys were afraid of him and I found himself thrust in the ring with him to practice. ... He's improved by leaps and bounds. A lot of those things that look stiff are kinda snug, but he's safe."

Great Khali: Also worked with him during the developmental days and painfully recalls usually being "on the receiving end of a lot of those 'developing' chops and chokebombs."

Festus: "Festus is extremely talented. Very good on the mic. He's actually quite good, but in that particular gimmick, he hasn't been able to show what he's capable of to that extent. ... He could be one of our big men going forward in the mold of Kane if given an opportunity to break out storyline-wise."

Kofi Kingston: - "He has the work ethic and the attitude. There was just something about him." MVP recalls telling him, "If given the ball, you have to run with it."
