WWE Raw's TV ratings from Monday night surged 12.1 percent from the previous week's show. Adults and males 18-49 were up to the highest levels since the beginning of September. Our break down of the ratings is below.
Lost in the shuffle on Tuesday night was the near-four-star level match between Christian and Yoshi Tatsu for the ECW Title that aired on WWE's Tuesday night ECW TV show. The match was excellent and helped elevate both men in babyface champion and challenger roles.
WWE announced the Smackdown brand's World Title match for the Survivor Series PPV. WWE already had World Hvt. champion The Undertaker and Big Show in the match, but they will add a third person to make it a triple threat match. The match will take place on Friday night's show. Torch specialist Greg Parks's Spoiler Report live from New York is available below.
For the time being, Jim Ross has been replaced by Matt Striker as Smackdown's color commentator alongside Todd Grisham. Ross is still awaiting results from a series of tests to determine the severity of his recent Bell's Palsy attack. Until then, WWE has made a decision to put Striker in Ross's spot.
At the beginning of the week, Ring of Honor announced plans to hold their traditional WrestleMania weekend shows next March in Phoenix.
