1/7 WWE Raw Poll Results: Monday's Raw was...

Good Show - 68%
Bad Show - 5%
Middle of the Road - 27%

1/7 Raw Reax

Michael P., PWTorch reader (7.5): Liked - Cena vs. Zigger (for the good wrestling, not for another Cena victory and another Ziggler loss), 3MB taking six finishers total in one night, Brad Maddox on the show, Punk vs. Ryback (for some vicious spots), and Punk's monologue. ... Disliked - Cena's opening shtick, knee injury angles twice in an hour-and-a-half, Cesaro with Khali and Hornswoggle, Rock's return monologue (boring, predictable, and weak after Punk - is Dwayne just collecting a check?). ... WTF? - Why was Barrett in with Santino and Steamboat after a string of great matches with Kofi? Why is Kofi jobbing to Big Show?

Mike Booble of Springfield, Ore.: Remember in the late '90s when The Rock was the best on the mic? Remember when Jericho said in his first book that he was incredibly nervous to verbally spar with Rock in his first night with WWE? Because I do. I used to look forward to Rock's promos. Watching Punk's first exchange with The Great One left me with one thought. The Rock is no more. Punk wasn't the least bit nervous. After listening to Punk's 10-minute monologue about how the "universe" is puppets who enjoy playing sing-a-long and having Rock do exactly that illustrated how much Rock lost "it." The reactions from the crowd are nothing like they used to be. Although not entirely Rock's fault because of the demographic WWE goes after, he needs to adjust. I got the feeling Punk felt sorry for Dwayne. Just like Alabama, he had no problem demolishing his opponent, and a touchdown in a 42-7 game (or a Rock Bottom in this case) meant nothing. I hope Dwayne learns from last year. If he thought sparring with PG Cena was tough, the next three weeks will be brutal.

We still welcome your Reax and 0-10 score on Monday's Raw. Email to pwtorch@gmail.com.
