-- 5/20 Question of the Day Reax: What are your top memories of Randy Savage's career and life?

Shane McKinley, PWTorch Absurdity specialist: To me, my favorite memory of the Macho Man was him climbing to the top rope, pointing to the sky, and dropping that elbow. Whenever someone does drop a flying elbow, I always think of Macho Man.

Rick, PWTorch reader: The formation of the Mega-Powers with Hulk Hogan. Even now at 34, it still gives me goosebumps.

London of San Jose, Calif.: Without a doubt, his reunion with Elizabeth at WrestleMania 7. I still get teary eyed when I watch it take place - one of the greatest moments not only in pro wrestling, but in entertainment period. Hollywood could've have done it better, especially when he held open the ropes for her after all the years of her doing the same for him. Wrestling lost one of the greats today.

Dave, PWTorch reader: At 13-years-old, I went to Nassau Coliseum to see Macho vs. Flair for the title. The place was going crazy. Flair hit him with knuckles and put them under his armpit. When the ref raised his arm, the knuckles fell out and Flair was DQ'ed. Great memory. RIP Macho Man.

Dennis, PWTorch reader: WrestleMania III - Savage vs. Steamboat. WrestleMania IV - tournament to win the WWF Title against the Million Dollar Man and the start of the Mega-Powers.

Chris, PWTorch reader: Easily the best match was with Steamboat at WrestleMania 3. Also, I'll never forget the image of him jumping on the limo on Nitro when the NWO was beating up wrestlers backstage.

Eric, PWTorch reader: The first match I ever saw was Savage winning the IC Title from Tito Santana. I couldn't believe he cheated to win the belt. I was hooked on wrestling and Savage was my guy.

Matt in Northern Illinois: His feud with Jake Roberts that led up to Macho Man being tied up in the ropes and being attacked by the snake. It showed how great Randy was as a performer and how his performances were uncanny. May God bless his family and loved ones.

David, PWTorch reader: The best memory of Macho has to be when he was being attacked by Jake the Snake's king cobra. He sold that snake bite like the true pro he was.

Bill, PWTorch reader: My favorite was either when he hit Ultimate Warrior with the lightpole, or when George Steele sent him flying over the top rope. And, of course, the could make the State of the Union entertaining with the way he talked.

Charlie, PWTorch reader: My favorite memory of Macho would have been his Hall of Fame speech. It's a shame this tragic event never happened and we will never have the pleasure of seeing it.

We still welcome your reflections on Savage's career and life sent to pwtorch@gmail.com for our Question of the Day feature.
