Henry Jenkins of Seattle, Wash. (9.0): Best Segment: Shawn Michaels speech. Worst Segment: Hot Tub Match. What amazing last words. It's as though he went back and time and planted them in 1992 just so he could use them now. Triple H made me cry too. I just wish Ric Flair, Sensational Sherri, and Marty Jannetty could have been there. Also, I am totally in favor of what they're doing with The Hart Dynasty and MizShow. The Miz's comment that Bret Hart was stealing his time was wickedly clever. Yes, Bret's endless mugging of McMahon at WrestleMania was a felony offense against half the roster whose matches got shortchanged. But more importantly, the dynamic developing between MizShow makes The Miz look both bold and increasingly wise. I'm nervous about where they're going with Jack Swagger. If this angle gives him the screen time he needs to get over with the fans, great. Swagger has an unrefined but unmistakable talent both in and out of the ring. But if he fails at cashing in and it makes him look like a big joke, I'll be sad. He could be great. The DiBiase angle felt desperate, but desperate measures are called for with that guy. Yes, the Hot Tub Match was uncomfortably pervy. Just creepy. And I actually think the Divas get a bum rap, but a three-second match has no merit. Nonetheless, this was almost a perfect edition of Raw.
Matt G. of SLC, Utah, Business Consultant (10.0)" Best: Closing Segment. Worst Match: Divas. How can you not give this show a 10.0? When one of the greatest superstars spends an intimate 15 minutes with the fans to put closure on his epic career, what more could you ask for? You could tell his speech was from the heart. I found myself hanging onto every word, because this is the "real" side of pro wrestling with the relationships and closeness you feel towards someone you have watched perform your whole life. I vividly remember as a young fan being crushed when he threw Jannetty through the barbershop window. I was in the audience in Fresno where he won the Royal Rumble with a broken back. And of course more recently, I saw him wrestle two of the greatest matches ever at WrestleMania. He was always loyal to WWE, which made him even greater in the eyes of WWE fans. That loyalty resonated with his fans and put him above the rest. I am happy that he was able to walk away on his own terms; few great ones know when to say when. For that, Michaels may be remembered as the greatest ever.

Harris Hatcher of Hampton Roads, Va. (0.0): Best: when it was over. Worst: everything else. What a literal waste of my time and Spike's time. TNA, right now, is the absolute worst it has ever been. To a casual fan who is surfing and they surf over to TNA, the comparison to WWE Raw is quick and swift. Impact looks so amateurish up against WWE. I was a fan of the Thursday night Impact because there was no comparison shopping I could do, but now that I can, it is embarrassing for TNA. Specifically: Styles looks like a joke, Flair looks 100-years-old, Samoa Joe randomly shows up after being kidnapped, Machismo takes on Beer Money and wins?!, A guy comes out of the ceiling and walks over to a couch, RVD and Jeff Hardy are already dead in their third week in the company, and Bubba the Love Sponge is on the show. Need I go on? TNA ratings last night could very well set a record low. I do know that the Shawn Michaels retirement speech left almost nobody watching TNA because it was one of the Greatest Moments Ever for professional wrestling. TNA countered with the complete garbage I listed above.
