-- 2/25 WWE Superstars Reax

Terrie Neilson of Las Vegas, Nev. (7.0): Best: Michaels-Taker video. Worst: Gallows vs. jobber. For the most part, this was just another show. Nothing stood out match-wise, except for giving Luke Gallows time to show some signature moves. The six-person match we've seen before. Matt needed the win the most, so it will be interesting to see how the interaction with his Rookie, who was watching, plays out on Tuesday. (For the record, I'm glad there were no NXT eliminations yet, as not all the competitors have been introduced. I do see the roster thinning as time goes on, say in a few weeks.) Um, WWE, correct me if I'm wrong, but I have two words on how the statement that EVERY Money in the Bank winner cashed in the prize is wrong. I'd say them but I'd be bolstering the competition, right, Mr. Anderson? Just because the Michaels-Taker story video was well-produced, it doesn't mean I have to like the story. Three days removed from Michaels-Taker 2 becoming official (sigh), I'm still having the same knee-jerk gut reaction to the words "if I can't beat you...I have no career." Lots of colorful words come from that reaction, and none of them are positive. If that was the intended reaction, then "mission accomplished." I see four ways for Michaels-Taker to end, and three mean Shawn is gone. At least two could see Undertaker calling it a day, but in the end it still gets in my craw that if this is Shawn's last match ever that he will leave forever defining his career by The Streak.

Justin James of Columbia, S.C., IT professional/author (9.0): Best Match: Khali/Hardy/Maria-The Hart Dynasty. Worst Match: None. Wow, what a hot episode of Superstars! Regal and Swagger looked good against their comedy opponents. It was pretty funny when Santino tried to use the Masterlock. Regal is a heat magnet and a great veteran; could a Swagger/Regal pairing get the rocket back under Jack Swagger's career? The gutwrench powerbomb on Chris Masters was pretty sweet, as Masters is not a light man. Lawler and Cole felt "off" tonight, perhaps because of Michael Cole's Jekyll and Hyde routine with this show being taped on Monday, then him doing NXT on Tuesday, then this airing on Thursday. Speaking of announcers, Lawler referred to JR by name and Striker alluded to him...something is going on there because his name hasn't been whispered in ages and now he's being name-dropped twice in one show. The Primo-Ryder match was fast paced and exciting; I would love to see these guys square off a few more times in an escalating feud. I really liked the NXT video and, by the way, that shot of Daniel Bryan going into that table will get more viewers to check it out than anything else they say. I liked the Gallows squash, especially to show off his own distinct music and video. I am aching to see Serena in the ring - from what I've read, she's a good wrestler. That HBK-Taker video is awesome. I liked the main event an awful lot. For one thing, Hard Dynasty are officially "underdogs" and I love pulling for them. Natalya is an incredible talent. Like Caldwell says, she needs to be involved with Beth Phoenix, or perhaps Mickie James. Also like Phoenix, I'd be delighted to see her in matches against men. I think they both could hold their own well. Phoenix/Natalya for the tag titles? I liked how The Hart Dynasty was clearly pulling out all the stops to win. Overall great show, great action. I thought it had one too many videos, and the Elimination Chamber roundup is the one that should have been ditched.
