Art "Bucky" Blarr of Buffalo, N.Y. (8.0): Best Match: Hardy vs. Triple H vs. Edge. Worst Match: Mark Henry vs. Finlay. I was debating whether to order the PPV and I'm glad I did. The main event and the extra long celebration by Jeff Hardy was worth the cost of the PPV alone.
I thought the Punk vs. Rey match was great. I went to a signing with Tommy Dreamer and Layla the night before, and after meeting Layla, who was very polite and proper, I think she could actually pull off a Miss Elizabeth-type character with Regal if used properly. Hardy vs. Koslov was a decent opener and Koslov should remain in ECW to chase the title. I would've rather seen another match than the JBL/Michaels promo, as it would've fit in fine on Raw tomorrow. Singapore canes, trashcans, steel Steps, and Henry loses in a boring brawl to a shillelagh. Batista vs. Orton was pretty good but I hoped for better. The Secret Santa Diva match was okay for what it was but the predictable Khali Kiss Cam has run its course and went too long. The Khali and JBL segments really killed time which they could've used in both title matches. Cena vs. Jericho was a good match and the crowd really seemed to be behind Cena. The main event was really great all the way through. It was awesome seeing Jeff Hardy win the belt and I don't know how long he'll hold the belt but the celebration afterwards seemed to have marked a new era in wrestling. Edge is my favorite wrestler right now and he definitely did not disappoint in his performance.

Mike Omansky, Torch reader (5.0): Best on show: Santino-Boogeyman segment. Best match: Mysterio-Punk. Worst match: Santas Helpers tag A very decent card. Triple threat was quite strong. Batista-Orton very solid. Finlay did a good job as usual. However, even with the Jeff Hardy win (and the titles are just changing far too often at this point), show was a "filler" PPV as opposed to a "game changer."
