-- TNA star Kurt Angle updated his injury status following this week's Impact TV tapings. "Injury Will take a few Weeks," Angle said about his recovery time. Fortunately for Angle, TNA's 2012 TV schedule is over, which will allow him to recover in-time for the start of 2013.

Angle later tweeted: "Hey my friends. Got a little Injury. But, I Will Be Back Very Soon. Thanks for Your tweets. Much Love. TNA! God Bless."

-- Retired WWE star Edge's next project might be a new autobiography. Asked on Twitter if he has plans for another book, Edge replied, "Workin on it."

-- Shawn Michaels has wrapped up his 2012 appearance schedule. Asked if he has any appearances planned for this weekend or next week, Michaels replied, "Nope, home until after New Year's."

-- Jim Ross gave Vickie Guerrero some encouragement on her TV role. "I am "So proud of you...being a TV villain isn't easy. Just ask most of the males that are trying. You are 'saucy!'"

-- WWE wrestler David Otunga was "in the studio doing some additional recording" for WWE Studios's "The Hive" movie today.

-- ROH wrestler Rhett Titus endorses rising independent star Drake Younger: "Really impressed with the shape Drake Younger has gotten himself into. Thats one guy I haven't wrestled yet, that I'd like to in 2013!"

-- Independent personality Larry Dallas receives a dubious award. "I've been named Worst Performer of the Year on i-PPV! My date tonight is going to be so impressed," he tweeted.
