- Aug. 1 Warning Reveal: Tito Ortiz is damaged goods in 2013 as far as MMA fans go, and not as well known in a mainstream sense as five years ago, so his value will come from what he actually delivers in the ring and on the mic, rather than just getting by on name value alone. His resume can help, but he has to deliver to be worth the time and attention TNA will devote to him. We’ll see.

- Tito Ortiz now vs. past: I thought 12 years ago Tito would make a potentially great pro wrestling personality back before UFC money got good. Is it too late now?

- Bobby Roode vs. Hernandez "Beer Bottle" finish: When a match finish requires the ref to look that stupid, they should pick a new finish or do the beer bottle shot at ringside instead of inside the ring where the ref had to avoid the glass to count to three. This was more low IQ drivel from TNA.

- T.J. Perkins's presentation as Manik: Fans aren’t going to get behind someone who toiled for 15 years and accomplished nothing. This sounds like a pity party, or like TNA felt sorry for him. Fans want superhero wrestlers, not everyday losers who accomplish nothing in 15 years. Stop telling us what sad sorry losers everyone is and start treating everyone like mega-stars that TNA discovered before WWE.

- Chris Sabin vs. Manik: Good match. It didn’t do much for anyone, though. Sabin should have won because he’s the new World Champion and Manik is a relatively new star who just won the X Title that Sabin handed over for a shot at the belt he know has. Manik needs showcase wins right now to get over, not 12 minute losses on TV. Just a bad idea to book this match at this time.

- A.J. Styles's moody backstage promo before facing Austin Aries: Remind me, who are we rooting for in this match?
