There is a possibility that Monday's WWE Raw will need a new home or be unable to emanate live from Tampa, Florida on Monday night.

Tropical Storm Erika is heading toward Florida this weekend and is expected to make landfall on Monday afternoon.

Florida governor Rick Scott has already declared a State of Emergency for early next week, specifically for the Tampa area, which is still recovering from storms earlier in August.

Storm-watchers have described T.S. Erika as being "very disorganized," making it difficult to track the storm's direct route. So, the storm could veer away from Florida after passing through the Bahamas, or remain on the predicted path heading directly for the state.

"We don't know how much land it's going to go over," Governor Scott said at a news conference Friday. "We don't know how much water we're going to get."

The Amalie Arena in Tampa noted Friday that they "are aware of Tropical Storm Erika’s potential impact to our area in advance of WWE Raw on Monday, August 31."

The arena website continued: "At this time, the event is not cancelled. However, we are keeping the storm top of mind. We will release any pertinent information as needed."
