WWE TV executive Kevin Dunn took advantage of WWE's recent stock surge by grossing nearly $1.0 million on a stock sale this week.

According to an SEC filing on August 5, Dunn cashed in 40,000 shares of Class A Common WWE Stock at $22.74 per share, which translates to gross proceeds of $909,600.

Dunn still has 172,234 shares remaining.

This was Dunn's second big transaction over the past two weeks, as Dunn joined several other executives cashing in stock on July 21.

In July, Dunn sold 20,682 shares at $16.89 per share back when the stock was not trading as high as the past week. Dunn grossed $350k from the sale on July 21.

The transactions add up to a gross sale of $1.258 million.

Dunn was not the only executive to sell stock on August 5. According to WWE's SEC filing, WWE Studios head Michael Luisi cashed in a much smaller amount of 2,539 shares at $23.05 for gross proceeds of $58,523.

Luisi cashed in 14,991 shares back on July 21 for gross proceeds of $253k. Luisi still owns 75,462 shares following the two transactions.
