- (May 6): After Kane appeared in the weekly sit-down interview with Michael Cole last Wednesday, WWE World Hvt. champion Seth Rollins joined Cole this week.

Rollins, in-character as heel champion, went over the WWE World Title picture with Dean Ambrose added to the mix to create a fatal four-way match with Randy Orton and Roman Reigns at the Payback PPV.

Cole mentioned the No DQ setting for the fatal four-way, asking Rollins if he will be nicer to Kane since Kane could affect the match outcome. Instead, Rollins jabbed Kane for trying to ride his coattails at the end of his career. He concluded that at the end of the day, The Authority will come out on top and he will remain WWE World champion. [ Video HERE ]

- (April 29): This week's sit-down interview on WWE's website features Kane talking to Michael Cole.

The storyline-driven interview is all about Kane's recent conflicts with WWE World Hvt. champion Seth Rollins, who Kane compared to a "young Shawn Michaels" unafraid to upset people to get to the top.

Cole also set up a potential TV segment down the road, asking Kane if he has ever received a job evaluation from Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. Kane said he's known Hunter long enough to know whether he is "inadequate" in his job performance. Plus, The Authority would never withhold their feelings if they felt he was not doing a good job, he said.

Cole moved on to pressing Kane for his personal feelings on Rollins, but Kane declined to comment, noting his personal feelings are irrelevant to the business of protecting Rollins's WWE Title and ensuring that he becomes a "mega-star" for WWE.
