- The main focus was on the latest conflict between WWE World Hvt. champion Seth Rollins and Kane within the confines of The Authority.

In the opening match, Kane got himself counted out against Roman Reigns, prompting Rollins to heelishly claim that he would never run away from a fight.

Then, in the main event, Rollins beat former Shield runningmate Dean Ambrose after using outside involvement from Kane and J&J Security to his advantage. Rollins, Kane, and J&J beat down Ambrose after the match until Reigns made the save for Ambrose. Reigns and Ambrose then stood tall over Kane while Rollins "ran away" to the entrance stage to close the show.

(Notes from PWTorch reader J.D. live at the taping: Rollins cut an anti-Quad Cities (Moline) promo on the Titantron prior to his match in an attempt to get his hometown crowd to turn against him, but he still entered to an awesome pop and was cheered and chanted for throughout the entire main event.)

- New Day's Big E. & Kofi Kingston retained the Tag Titles after losing by DQ to former tag champs Tyson Kidd & Cesaro. When New Day was in jeopardy of losing the match, Xavier Woods jumped into the ring to break up a pin for the DQ.

(Notes from J.D.: Cesaro was way over and just looked ridiculously strong in the ring, especially during the Big Swing on Big E. prior to the interference.)

- Ryback responded to Bray Wyatt initiating a new feud on Raw by defeating former Wyatt Family member Luke Harper in a competitive singles match. However, after the match, Bray sneak-attacked Ryback and gave him Sister Abigail.

(Notes from J.D.: While not really boo'd, Ryback was not really cheered either - it was a very mixed reaction. By the end of the match, kids were chanting, "Feed Me More," and the adult males were booing him until Bray Wyatt appeared and they all cheered for him instead.)

- During the second hour of the show, WWE ran a DVD spot for their new home video release, "ECW Unreleased Volume 3."

- Match Results: (1) Roman Reigns beat Kane via count-out. ... (2) Damien Sandow beat Curtis Axel. ... (3) Ryback beat Luke Harper. ... (4) Tyson Kidd & Cesaro (w/Natalya) beat WWE tag champions New Day (Kofi Kingston & Big E. w/Xavier Woods) via DQ; New Day retained the Tag Titles. ... (5) Divas champion Nikki Bella beat Cameron in a non-title match. ... (6) WWE World Hvt. champion Seth Rollins (w/J&J Security) beat Dean Ambrose in a non-title match.
