WWE Raw TV news & notes 4/27

- WWE added Roman Reigns to the WWE Title picture after taking a one-month detour to feud with Big Show leading to Extreme Rules. Reigns will now join Randy Orton challenging Seth Rollins for the WWE Title at the next PPV, Payback, in three weeks.

- Four of the matches on Raw were King of the Ring tournament bouts. Wade Barrett, Neville, Sheamus, and R-Truth won matches to advance to the semi-finals and finals Tuesday night on WWE Network.

- Bray Wyatt officially revealed his new target as Ryback. After Ryback squashed Bo Dallas in a singles match, Bray did the lights out routine and dropped Ryback with Sister Abigail.

- WWE shifted the focus of Daniel Bryan's injury situation to his wife, Brie Bella. In a backstage interview, Brie talked vaguely about Bryan's unknown future in WWE, then was attacked by Naomi to shift the focus from Bryan to the Bellas vs. Naomi in the Divas division.

- The Authority (Triple H & Stephanie McMahon) did not appear on Raw. Kane was presented as the over-seeing authority figure for the show.

- Damien Sandow re-emerged as "Damien Sandow," dropping the "Damien Mizdow" label after trying to find himself as a character. Sandow and Curtis Axel engaged in a childish game of copycat, then Sandow cleared Axel from the ring.

- John Cena attempted to continue his U.S. Title Open Challenge, but Rusev took out Heath Slater, who was prepared to answer the challenge.

- Tyson Kidd & Cesaro are scheduled to receive their WWE Tag Title re-match against New Day this Thursday on Smackdown.
