The following are additional subjects covered in Part 2 of C.M. Punk's podcast with Colt Cabana released Thursday.

-- WILL PUNK WRESTLE AGAIN?: C.M. Punk is not closing the door on returning to pro wrestling outside of WWE, but he says that he does not want to leave hope out there for wrestling fans because he wants to move on with his life.

"I'll go work the f------ Young Bucks at PWG. I don't give a f---," Punk said. "But, see, the thing is if I say it's not off the table, then you have these people who are holding onto hope that I'm coming back."

Long-term, Punk said it's "way too early" to tell if he ever will return to pro wrestling, in general. "I have no interest in going back," Punk said of his current state of mind. "The difference in my appearance, my mental stability, like everything across the board from now until nine, ten months ago is drastically different. It's very much like after the WrestleMania Taker match, and I had a strained ACL, a torn PCL, a strained MCL, and a strained meniscus. So, my 'time off' was spent rehabbing."

-- $20,000 TURNS INTO 4,000: Punk told a story of Wizard World wanting to book him for an autograph signing. He said he was set to receive $20,000 for a four-hour appearance not having to take bumps, but WWE pulled him and booked him on a tour of Mexico. He said he only agreed if they paid him $20,000. But, his check was for $5,000. So, Punk told Talent Relations to "fix this." He said the next check was only for $4,000, still well-short of how much he would have made for a non-wrestling appearance versus four nights of taking bumps in main events in Mexico.

"I'm not a bad communicator. They just don't like the way I communicate because I tell them upfront," Punk said, rebutting McMahon's statement on "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's podcast that Punk had "communication issues."

-- PUNK TO CRITICS: Punk took a dig at wrestlers who were critical of him complaining about his pay-offs in WWE after sharing the story about wanting to be paid like the WrestleMania 29 main-eventers if he was in "a main event" with Undertaker. Punk cited the revolving door of Talent Relations heads who don't know the wrestlers, what they're worth, and what a pay-off is, then the executives heard people talking badly about Punk behind his back, so they figured he wasn't worth much.

"Somebody out there on Twitter is going to be like, 'That's a lot of money ($5,000). I would love to work for Vince McMahon for five grand.' (Punk said in a mocking deep voice.) That's exactly who he f------- wants to have work for him. So, go f------- work for him. I know how much I'm worth. Because Wizard World was going to pay me 20 thousand f-------- dollars to sit in a f-------- chair for four hours."

-- WHAT WAS THE INTERNAL REACTION?: Punk and Cabana talked about hearing from people inside WWE that many people agree with Punk's criticisms of the company, especially because they feel they cannot say anything. "There are people who work there who can't say the things that I said who would like to say what I said, but they feel oppressed," Punk said.

-- ENDORSEMENT DEALS: Punk expanded on the endorsement deal topic from the first podcast. Punk said he had a deal lined up with Slim Jim on his own to be the next Randy Savage endorsement guy, but WWE got hold of it, said he's not a "Slim Jim Guy," and set up other roster members to get the ad campaign.

Punk also recalled being forwarded an email chain between WWE management and their video game partner, which was apparently THQ at the time of this story, where the office told the company they wanted Sheamus, not Punk, on the video game cover despite THQ requesting Punk in the back-and-forth.

In the next example, Punk said he was going to appear on a tattoo show, L.A. Ink, where he actually had a friend on the show and the cast were fans of his. Then, Randy Orton got the spot. "That's the way they operate," Punk said.

-- PUNK ON THE "C-M PUNK" CHANTS: Punk said he sees two cases where fans chant his ring name - during A.J. Lee's matches and when they think the product is terrible. Punk said he just wishes fans would chant A.J.'s name during her matches.

-- PUNK ON NOT WATCHING WRESTLING: Punk noted he has not watched WWE's product in three years dating back to when he re-signed with WWE after MITB 2011 in Chicago. Punk said he used to be a guy who watched all the matches, even when he wasn't wrestling, but he "didn't have the stomach for it anymore."

Punk said he will watch A.J.'s matches or segments after she tells him which segment she was in. "It's not easy seeing and hearing," Punk said.

-- PUNK ON CLOSURE: "I didn't want that anymore (being in WWE). Now I don't have people telling me what to tweet. Now I don't have a faceless writer walking up to me in catering and going, 'Hey, can you tweet about John Cena's storyline?' Yeah, as soon as John Cena tweets about my storyline.'"

-- PUNK'S MESSAGE TO FANS: "Ladies and gentlemen, if you were ever a fan of mine, if you ever wanted to see me wrestle on television or live in-person, or you purchased a shirt or texting gloves or any number of ridiculous merch items, thank you. And I appreciate it. I had to wait this long to tell the story for legal reasons. It got out as soon it could. If I offended you, hey, sorry, there's a chance you might need to lighten up. There's a chance I meant to offend you. I don't really know where I'm going with this. I just want to say if you support me, that's awesome. If you don't like me, don't follow me on Twitter."

-- PUNK ON THE RECEPTION TO THE PODCAST: "I didn't think this was going to be a big deal. It was literally me just wanting to get it out there." Punk and Cabana noted they did not anticipate how big of a reaction his interview would get because they were living each event day-by-day, but the audience was not, so they understood after the fact that unloading all of Punk's story after he was radio silent for 11 months would cause a big reaction.

"To me, it was nothing new. By the way, it was super cathartic and therapeutic. I still feel awesome about it," Punk said. "I wanted to wipe the slate. This is the story. Here's what happened. Now, if you have pertinent questions about what happened, here you go," referring to their desire to answer email questions after the first podcast, but the inbox was flooded and crashed.

-- C.M. PUNK OR PHIL BROOKS?: "I don't know the answer to that now," Punk said. He added that people who think he should give up his wrestling name assume "C.M. Punk is this WWE creation, which is furthest thing from the truth." Punk noted he has been Punk longer than "regular old Phil Brooks." "It's grown into this thing where it's this brand," Punk said before noting Marvel Comics approached him about which name to use. Punk said his real name won't sell any comics, but "C.M. Punk on the cover" could draw interest.
