WWE Smackdown TV taping results

Sell-out crowd as always for WWE TV in Hershey. A steel cage was above the ring.

Dark Match: Sami Zayn beat Heath Slater.

Smackdown SPOILERS 4/25

Smackdown opened with two podiums and Smackdown GM Vickie Guerrero. Guerrero announced that The Authority is not here and she has booked The Shield in a handicap match later tonight. She then welcomed Zeb Colter and Paul Heyman to have a debate. After talking for a while, Zeb and Heyman had to be pulled apart.

(1) Cesaro pinned Jack Swagger. Cesaro got the pin after a 12-rotation Big Swing into The Neutralizer. Shield then came out and took out Swagger.

(2) Tamina pinned Natalya with a superkick.

Backstage, Shield took out 3MB.

Backstage, Vickie Guerrero was on the phone with Triple H. She told him that she asked Shield to her office, but they have not come yet. She then said that Raw GM Brad Maddox is taking over for the rest of the night and Brad thinks Shield will listen to him.

(3) Curtis Axel (w/Ryback) pinned WWE tag champion Jey Uso (w/Jimmy Uso).

The steel cage was lowered around the ring. The Wyatts came out next and Bray Wyatt cut a promo inside the cage about his match against John Cena at Extreme Rules. Bray sang while standing on the side of the cage.

(4) Wyatts (Luke Harper & Erick Rowan) beat Goldust & Cody Rhodes when Harper pinned Goldust.

Backstage, Shield took out Brad Maddox.

(5) Santino & Emma vs. Fandango & Layla did not occur, as Shield attacked Fandango and gave him a triple powerbomb off the stage through a table. Note: Shield came out right in my section and I was able to give Rollins and Reigns pats on their backs.

(6) The Shield (U.S. champion Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns) beat Ryback & Damien Sandow & Bad News Barrett & Titus O'Neil & Alberto Del Rio in a five-on-three handicap match. This was the main event. Reigns pinned Sandow with the Spear for the win.

Post-match, Reigns speared O'Neil and Ryback, then Shield gave Ryback a triple powerbomb to close the taping.

Post-Smackdown, the Wyatts came out to confront The Shield, resulting in a brawl to close the taping. No John Cena, who was advertised locally Tuesday morning as Daniel Bryan's replacement for the taping.

During the taping, Lilian Garcia announced a return date of Sunday, December 28.
