-- TMZ published additional details on Ultimate Warrior appearing to be "very sick" during WrestleMania Weekend, just days before he died of a reportedly massive heart attack. TMZ's report echoed reporting by PWTorch editor Wade Keller on Tuesday that colleagues remarked that he seemed somewhat frail, sweating profusely, and breathing heavily backstage at Mania Weekend events. -- Before WWE's Hall of Fame special aired in the U.K. on Wednesday night, WWE flashed an "In Memory" message for Ultimate Warrior. The message included a still-picture of Warrior from his HOF acceptance speech with the words: "In Memory of James Brian Hellwig, 'The Ultimate Warrior' 1959-2014.'" -- Former WWE announcer Jim Ross published an in-depth blog on Warrior following the events of WrestleMania Weekend and the Hall of Fame. Ross wrote near the end: "In an arena full of Warrior fans, many of who were reliving their youth with their hero, Warrior made it clear that his greatest accomplishment was not being the Ultimate Warrior but instead being the father of his two daughters," Ross wrote.
"In a career and life often marked by controversy, the beauty of the weekend was seeing Warrior come home to WWE accompanied by his family and that they were able to enjoy the celebration together." [ LINK: Full Blog HERE ]
