WWE announced an executive reorganization on Wednesday, including the "promotion" of three key executives to new job titles.

The changes include Stephanie McMahon promoted to "Chief Brand Officer," Michelle Wilson promoted to "Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer," and George Barrios promoted to "Chief Strategy and Financial Officer."

WWE says the moves are for these executives to "lead WWE in the execution of strategic growth initiatives," which WWE identified as renegotiating their biggest TV deals, potential WWE Network launch, international TV expansion, new distribution agreements, and new business partnerships.

- Stephanie McMahon will go from Executive VP of Creative to Chief Brand Officer, which WWE says will include enhancing WWE's brand reputation, be the "brand ambassador," and lead youth and mom-targeted marketing programs. Stephanie's revised job description does not reference Creative.

- Wilson will go from Chief Marketing Officer to Chief Revenue & Marketing Officer to oversee all of WWE's revenue lines. Included is Wilson overseeing WWE's "$900 million retail consumer products business." Wilson will also be in-charge of PPV business and "spearhead the company's efforts to launch a WWE Network."

- Barrios will go from CFO to Chief Strategy and Financial Officer, which includes taking over day-to-day management of TV Operations. Barrios is working with Wilson to negotiate WWE's TV deals.

All three executives will report to WWE CEO Vince McMahon. Also mentioned is Kevin Dunn, who will serve as Executive Producer of all WWE programming and will continue reporting to McMahon.

“WWE is entering a new era of unprecedented growth,” Vince McMahon was quoted in the press release. “I am confident that my senior executive team is now organized more effectively to capitalize on the wealth of opportunities.”
