-- WWE executive Stephanie McMahon spoke at CableFax's "Most Powerful Women" event Thursday morning in New York City. Joined by her mom, former WWE CEO Linda McMahon, Stephanie claimed that "nearly 40 percent" of WWE's audience is female. WWE's corporate website lists the statistic as 35 percent.

Stephanie said moving to PG-rated content has attracted more females and more families, which McMahon said makes up 40 percent of WWE's live audience. McMahon also pushed the possibility of WWE "doubling or tripling" the company's size based on TV initiatives. -- Hulk Hogan continued pushing the idea of "making an appearance" at WrestleMania 30 in New Orleans so that his wife, Jennifer, can see WWE live for the first time. -- Former ROH tag champions The American Wolves Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards wrestled at Thursday night's NXT TV taping at Full Sail University in Florida. According to PWTorch VIP member Zim, the duo was named "The American Pitbulls." [ LINK: Report HERE at Prowrestling.net ]

-- The Minnesota Twins MLB team has filed documents opposing WWE's use of "The Bella Twins" tag team name for Brie and Nikki Bella. The Twins filed the objection on June 14 and were recently granted a 90-day extension to file proper paperwork opposing WWE's trademark. -- WWE star Damien Sandow met with a boy fighting a rare disorder in Louisville, Ky. earlier this week. The teenager, who suffers from lesions and tumors across his body, in inspired by Sandow, who downplayed his heel character when meeting with the boy. [ Video URL: http://bit.ly/1bHkOyX ]
