-- Plans for the headline matches at WrestleMania 29 will likely change several times before the Royal Rumble, which is considered crunch time to set up the Big Four matches at WM29. Complicating the matter is the sudden addition of Ric Flair to the mix in a non-wrestling role and the recent rash of injuries to top stars, such as C.M. Punk.

Right now, Triple H vs. Brock Lesnar in a Summerslam re-match is still in place for WM29, according to the Wrestling Observer. But, all other planned matches are not set in stone. Just looking at the nature of WWE TV the past two weeks with numerous heel and face turns, and it's clear that plans will change over the next month leading to the Rumble.

-- The latest twist in the ever-changing WWE Network plans is WWE potentially partnering with an investment company to help get the Network off the ground. This is according to the Wrestling Observer, which also reports that a related move could be a change in the programming vision.

Over the past three years of floating the Network idea, investing in capital expansion, and tossing around various models, the content model has stayed the same - library footage turned into new shows or brand new shows centered around WWE stars. It remains to be seen how this plays out by the time WWE's next quarterly conference call plays out and they are bombarded with the usual questions on whether there are firm Network plans to report.

-- Shelton Benjamin remains in-between ROH and WWE. According to the Wrestling Observer, Benjamin is essentially a free agent who gave his notice to Ring of Honor, is not signed to WWE, but wanted to give his notice to ROH in order to keep the WWE door open.

After "Final Battle" last weekend, ROH played up an injury angle, saying it was "recommended that Shelton take time off from the ring." This keeps the door open for Shelton to return, but also gives ROH an out for him to quietly disappear from the roster if he returns to WWE.
