WWE Raw on Monday, May 7 scored a 3.03 rating, down three-tenths of a rating (9.1 percent) from last week's 3.33 rating for the Extreme Rules PPV fall-out. It was the lowest rating in nearly three months dating back to the February 13 episode.

Raw averaged 4.31 million viewers, a 12 percent decline from last week's average of 4.88 million viewers for the Extreme Rules fall-out. It was the fewest viewers in a month going back to the April 9 episode.

As expected with no substantial hook for the second hour, Raw declined as the show progressed. Raw opened with an average of 4.43 million first hour viewers, then declined steeply to 4.19 million second hour viewers. It was the second-fewest second hour viewers of the year, only trailing the January 9 episode against the BCS National Title game.

The following is the progression of the last four hours of Raw following Extreme Rules:

4/30 1H - 4.99 million viewers
4/30 2H - 4.77 million viewers
5/7 1H - 4.43 million viewers
5/7 2H - 4.19 million viewers

- Despite the drop-off in ratings and viewership, Raw ranked #1 on cable TV Monday night, topping the NBA Playoffs. Raw was #1 in key demos during the first hour, but slipped behind the NBA in the second hour.

- In the week-to-week demographics, Raw was down across the board in all male demographics. Raw was down one-tenth in m12-34, one-and-a-half-tenths in m18-49, and half-a-tenth in m18-34. Teen males took a hit of nearly three-tenths.

- Raw one year ago this week scored a 3.18 rating against the NBA Playoffs and averaged 4.94 million viewers. Raw this year was down 4.8 percent in the rating and 12.8 percent in viewership.
