WWE executive/on-air COO Triple H discussed changes to WWE's talent development process and his new movie, "Inside Out," on Fox Business channel Wednesday morning.

The interview was also notable for zero attempt to push through the "sports entertainment" verbiage to describe WWE's "core product." The words "wrestling" or "wrestler" were used ten times during Hunter's five-minute interview - five mentions by the Fox hosts and five mentions by Triple H.

Hunter also promoted his match against C.M. Punk at Night of Champions and noted his in-ring wrestling will be on a "very limited" basis going forward as he settles into the on-air COO role and develops talent behind the scenes.

-- The majority of the interview focused on Hunter's talent development initiative. He described it as: "It's my job to create new talent, bring young guys up, train them, and help them become stars in the business, and help guide them along their way to becoming big stars."

Asked where WWE is looking for talent, Hunter noted a change in the recruiting process under his watch: "We scour the globe and we're going to find them now and bring them to us rather than just letting them find us."

Hunter added, "We find them everywhere. It's one of the things I'm working on in the talent development division is the recruiting process, and going out and finding these guys globally. Getting into WWE is difficult - it's kind of like joining the circus, right? 'How do you become a trapeze artist? Where do you start?'"

-- At the start of the interview, Hunter was asked about the current state of wrestling. Hunter focused on WWE changing with the times and claimed Vince McMahon has his finger on the pulse of what the audience is looking for.

"Things are constantly evolving in our business," Hunter said before promoting Raw nearing 1,000 episodes. "We can change with the times. We just kind of evolve and go where the fans want us to go. That's what Vince McMahon and the company has always been genius at - keeping their finger on the pulse of what our fans want."

-- Also of note during the interview was a misleading ticker item on the bottom of the screen: "WWE posted 34 percent revenue increase in Q2 2011 vs. 2010." WWE's second quarter 2011 revenue included this year's WrestleMania, whereas Q2 last year did not include WrestleMania since it occurred in the first quarter.
