"The Rock" Dwayne Johnson, Triple H, John Cena, WWE champion The Miz, World Hvt. champion Edge, Alberto Del Rio, Stephanie McMahon, and Snooki appeared at Wednesday's WrestleMania 27 press conference in New York City to promote Sunday's PPV. Notable items included:

-Triple H announcing he will induct Shawn Michaels into the Hall of Fame.

-Rock vowing to get physical at WrestleMania "when the time is right." The press conference then concluded with one final face-to-face confrontation between John Cena and The Rock.

-Stephanie McMahon acknowledging Hulk Hogan's name and saying he won't be part of WrestleMania.

-- The press conference was covered by numerous mainstream outlets. Hollywood Reporter has a story on Snooki's involvement at WrestleMania. ESPN.com has a detailed play-by-play of the press conference, including WWE fans in-attendance trying to take over the event with various chants and shout-outs.

The Rock

Notable - Rock said he will get physical at WrestleMania "when the time is right." Also, Rock stops & starts several times trying to navigate through non-stop chants and shout-outs from WWE fans in attendance.



Stephanie McMahon

Notable - After a "Hogan sucks" chant from the vocal fans, McMahon smirked and said, "He's not a part of WrestleMania this year, that's for sure."



Triple H

Notable - Hunter announced he will induct Shawn Michaels into the Hall of Fame and talked about working behind the scenes with Vince McMahon to ensure there will be "27 more WrestleManias" after his career is over.



John Cena

Notable - Cena gave a corporate speech about WWE's "season finale" at WrestleMania while trying to ignore various anti-Cena, pro-Rock (and pro-Miz) chants. Also, Cena virtually ignored his match against Miz.



The Miz

Notable - Miz talked about his WWE Title match against John Cena being overlooked and vowed to still be WWE champion after WrestleMania.
