The following are news and notes from the Tuesday, January 25 episode of WWE NXT Season 4.

-- Brodus Clay has switched Pros to Alberto Del Rio, leaving Ted DiBiase without a Rookie on the current season.

The main event saw Clay defeat Johnny Curtis, Byron Saxton, and Derrick Bateman in a four-way elimination match. The winner received the option to switch Pros, which led to Clay dropping DiBiase in exchange for Del Rio. Del Rio's Rookie, Conor O'Brian, was cut from NXT on last week's episode.

-- The other match on the show was Ted DiBiase defeating U.S. champion Daniel Bryan in a non-title match. The match was given nearly 13 minutes and featured several believable nearfalls before DiBiase won with Dream Street.

-- The "Immunity Standings" were reset after last week's elimination, but no Rookies picked up points this week. The lone Rookie Challenge on the show was "Out-think the Fink" - a trivia contest.

Howard Finkel made a cameo appearance to set the bar for the contest. Fink answered two trivia questions, and none of the Rookies answered more than one question correctly. Therefore, all four lost the contest.

-- WWE did not announce when the next elimination will occur. Also not revealed yet on Season 4 is the length of the season.
