WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross published a new blog on jrsbarbq.com today covering topics in the news including the release date for the All-Stars video game, Nexus's involvement on Raw, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin promoting "The Expendables," the NWA Legends Fanfest this weekend, and more.

-- Ross said THQ plans to release the "WWE All-Stars" arcade-style video game in early 2011 prior to WrestleMania 27 in Atlanta. Ross said he's still doing voice-over lines for the game's commentary, along with Jerry "the King" Lawler.

-- Ross addressed a rumor that current TNA wrestler Sting will be inducted into the 2011 WWE Hall of Fame in Atlanta. Ross said he would be "shocked" if that occurred.

"If Sting, as the alleged rumors have it, goes into the WWE HOF in Atlanta in 2011, I will be totally shocked but pleased that Stinger got the nod," Ross said. "As long as Sting works for another wrestling company the odds of him being inducted in WWE's HOF are slim to none. Plus, I'm not sure how important the accolade is to Sting. There won't be any shortage of great inductees for Atlanta in 2011 I assure you."

-- Ross reviewed Monday's episode of Raw and talked up the strong main event next week with John Cena and Bret Hart vs. Edge and Chris Jericho. Ross also talked about one of WWE's "mystery storylines" currently in-play.

"Am I the only one anxious to get a better hint of Nexus's motives as it relates to their actions and deeds? Nonetheless I am enjoying the interactions with Nexus and other WWE superstars as the Nexus biz still feels fresh to me," Ross said.

-- Regarding Steve Austin's current movie projects, Ross said Austin is considering more projects after wrapping up another movie in Vancouver. Austin is currently doing promotion for "The Expendables" due out next Friday.

"Steve just finished yet another movie in Vancouver and is weighing several options on other films that are being pitched to him," Ross said.

-- Ross laid out his NWA Legends Fanfest plans for this weekend. Ross said he will be in Charlotte on Thursday night doing a Q&A with fans from 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. On Friday, Ross will be signing JR's BBQ products with Danny Hodge and former broadcaster Bob Caudle.
