WWE.com now confirms news reported hours ago by prowrestling.net that Ric Flair and WWE have parted ways. No details are offered, other than WWE stating that Flair has chosen to pursue other career aspirations after an extraordinary career with WWE.Keller's Analysis: Interesting set of potential ramifications from this. Flair could conceivably end up in TNA as a result of becoming a free agent. Flair has been going through professional and personal challenges again in recent months, and this may be related. Friends say he has been frustrated with how he has been utilized since his glorious retirement weekend at WrestleMania earlier this year. He had made a few token appearances on WWE television since, but indications were that WWE didn't really have a significant on-air idea of how to use him after his retirement. His latest DVD wasn't promoted heavily, and he didn't make any on-air appearances to promote the DVD. More on this developing story in coming days.prowrestling.net story
