The following is part four of the exclusive five-hour "Torch Talk" with former WCW President Eric Bischoff, who took it to WWE in the late-'90s during the Monday Night War. He later became an on-air WWE G.M. This is the second part of the fourth installment of the transcript running in the Pro Wrestling Torch Newsletter. This marks the beginning of the second recording session from Oct. 1, 2009. In this segment, Bischoff talks about what Fusient's first move would have been had it been successful in buying WCW, his case for why Vince McMahon is vastly overrated as a creative genius, whether he would have announced for WWE if asked, and more.
