TORCH TRIVIA 1/23: Answer to which gimmick name Nelson Frazier used in 2000 Royal Rumble Jan 24, 2009 - 2:05:40 AM
Original question: The man of a several gimmick names, at the 2000 Royal Rumble match, Nelson Frazier, Jr. entered the Rumble in the #8 slot and was quickly eliminated by Rikishi. Which gimmick name was Frazier using at the time?
(a) Mabel
(b) Big Daddy V
(c) Viscera
(d) King V
The answer is (c) Viscera. Viscera had been part of Undertaker's Ministry of Darkness and he was quickly eliminated by Rikishi upon entering the '00 Rumble. Mabel was his original WWF name as part of Men on a Mission along with Mo and Oscar. Big Daddy V was used on the ECW brand two years ago, and King V is his current name in the NWA.
Let's check in with free-site reader Jim, who has an interesting note from the 1999 Rumble: A good opportunity for a trickier question would have been to ask what gimmick he used in the '99 Rumble, as he returned at that event after a long time away from the company as Mabel, then he was abducted during the Rumble match, later to be rechristened as Viscera.
