Ian Hunter here, waltzing out to a mis-hitting drum beat and purple lights. Although my hair doesn't exactly look that fantastic with red and green hair dye, but the beard looks fantastic. A lot of talk circulating around as to whether this emo-wrestler can be a legit champion and worthy of holding the gold. And while time will only tell about his future in the spotlight, we can always look back on his past. So this week's trivia is on Mr. Swanton Bomb himself, Jeff Hardy. But before we talk about him, we need to answer last week's questions.
1: D. Little seems to be known as to why Kiniski was chosen, but the former NWA champion oversaw the first main event for Starrcade as the referee.
2: B. Arn Anderson came into the ring later with Windham (who also played The Black Scorpion on occasion) with just jeans and a patched up head to beat down Sting. The others can be seen at one point or another on camera with the masks removed.
3: A. Sting scored the final win with everything tied up 3-3, defeating Kensuke Sasaki in under seven minutes.
4: E. Right in the kidney, Hall nailed Goldberg with a stun gun (which looked more like a flashlight with a strobe bulb inside) for Nash to win.
5: B. Goldberg was going to retire if he lost. A horrible match involving Buff Bagwell at his worst. But a saving grace for the moment was Goldberg and The Sarge bringing a Make-A-Wish kid into the ring and taking him back to the dressing rooms.
This week our losing streak was broken. We got FOUR winners. They are: Andrew Fraser, Adam Crites, Gavin Duenas, and Richard Valadez. These four have proven that it is possible to win. And please, write in even if you don't think you know. Better to take a chance on a guess than not bother at all. Answer the questions and email your answers to TorchTrivia@gmail.com. We’ll post the names of those who got ALL FIVE correct. Good luck to you all.

1. Before coming to the WWF, Jeff and brother Matt used to watch "Superstars" frequently and were inspired to start their own wrestling federation. Along with their friends they formed a group to go around and perform matching imitating the moves that they saw on television for small audiences. They eventually made it to the county fair in North Carolina and got noticed by some people from the ACW promotion. The small federation went under several names and disbanded about a year after it's formation. Our question to you... what was the original name of their wrestling group?
A: Kangaroo Wrestling Federation
B: Organization of Modern Extreme Grappling Arts
C: Trampoline Wrestling Federation
D: Risky Championship Wrestling
E: Extreme Wrestling Federation
2. So, you can't talk about Jeff Hardy without talking about No Mercy 1999. The first ever tag-team ladder match that helped put both the Hardy's, Edge and Christian on the map as main players in the WWF. The four had a series of matches that showcased their skills as wrestlers and often got a bigger pop in the night than any other matches on the card. It all came to a head at No Mercy where above the ring held $100,000 dollars (which Jeff grabbed) and also awarded the Hardy Boys the services of a new manager. Who was it?
A: Gangrel
B: Doc Hendrix
C: Terri
D: Lita
E: Ted Dibiase
3. In recent months people have been milking Jeff and Triple H as if it's some new thing. When in fact we've seen this song and dance years ago. The two had encounters in early 2001 while Hunter was teaming with Austin, just before his quad injury. In fact during this time, there was a championship on the line that they fought heavily over. Which belt was it?
A: Intercontinental Championship
B: European Championship
C: Tag Championship
D: Hardcore Championship
E: Heavyweight Championship
4. In mid-2003 Jeff was released by the WWE for several reasons, ranging from tardiness to drug abuse. After which he made his way through the Ring of Honor and other indipendant circuits before landing at TNA. During his time spent in TNA, he became a major name and a force for promotions to get behind. Hardy was one of the first big names to make a breahthrough in the company, despite never winning a single championship during his entire stint. Though it wasn't for lack of effort, it was simply his downfall that he had to take on Jeff Jarrett every time he did battle for it. How many title shots was Jeff given in public?
A: 2
B: 3
C: 4
D: 5
E: 6
5. Upon returning to the WWE, Hardy found himself in the Intercontinental Championship run again, trading the belt back and forth with Johnny Nitro. During the time Nitro had the belt, Jeff woul come running around doing random artwork all over the arenas backstage and in the matches. One specific night the two got into an altercation in an interview in which Johnny ended up being spalltered with two coats of paint. What were the colors?
