Questions for 6/8 WWE Raw (Season 2, Week 9)
(1) Who will be a winner in the longest match of the show?
(2) Who will be a winner in the shortest match of the show?
(3) Name one person involved in the longest talking/non-wrestling segment of the show?
Answers for 6/8 WWE Raw (Season 2, Week 9)
(1) Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes beat the Unified tag champions Primo & Carlito in the longest match of the show. Unfortunately, Cena vs. Miz never officially started, so the match did not happen.
(2) Kofi Kingston won the shortest match of the show by defeating William Regal at 2:05 in the opening match. Last week, he won the "Longest Match of the show" category by defeating MVP for the U.S. Title. (The Orton vs. Batista thing will not be counted since it really wasn't even a match and no one was declared the winner.)
(3) There quite a few long "talking segments" on the show, but the opening segment involving Batista, Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, and Ted DiBiase clocked in the longest at 11:05. Miz-Cena-Show was 8:30 and Vickie-Edge was 9:20. Close all around.
Caldwell's PYB analysis: No one picked up a three-point play this week, as Kofi Kingston did not receive any picks for the shortest match victory. Some folks were a week late picking Kofi for the longest match victory on the night. Maryse couldn't get the job done against Kelly Kelly in less time than Kofi took care of Regal, which cost about three-fourths of PYB participants the second category.
