WWE RAW 5/4: "Place your Bets" Scoreboard after Monday's show - Leaderboard tightens up in Week 4 May 5, 2009 - 4:30:54 PM
(1) Who will be a winner in the longest match of the show?
(2) Who will be a winner in the shortest match of the show?
(3) Name one person involved in the longest talking segment of the show?
Answers for 5/4 WWE Raw (Season 2, Week 4)
(1) Shane McMahon was not really, but perhaps technically the winner of the longest match on the show, which was the TV main event against Randy Orton. There wasn't an official decision, though, so everyone gets a point for Shane, Orton, Ted DiBiase, or Cody Rhodes out of the kindness of my heart.
(2) Carlito won the shortest match of the show by easily defeating The Brian Kendrick.
(3) The middle of the show featured a multiple-person, multiple-segment...um...segment that never truly ended. It started with Festus, Jillian Hall, and Jerry Lawler then included The Miz before involving John Cena and Big Show. The whole segment went over 17 minutes, so point awarded to everyone who picked one of those individuals.
PYB analysis: The combo of (1) Orton and (3) Cena scored several folks a two-point decision this week. However, no one picked Carlito for (2), as many people went with Matt Hardy - and his loaded cast - or Maryse for the shortest match victory on the show. No one actually picked Shane to win the longest match of the show, but plenty of people picked Orton, so the goodness of my heart allowed several people to score an additional point this week.
