PWTORCH YEAR-END VOTING 12/31: Torch readers submit nominations for 2008 Best Feud of the Year Dec 31, 2008 - 12:09:16 PM
Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho carried the WWE Raw brand for the better part of the year, easily surpassing the majority of content featured on Raw during the spring and summer months.
But, what other feuds from WWE, TNA, or ROH should be considered for year-end voting? Torch readers, here's your chance to nominate the feuds that stood out in your mind as the Best Feuds of 2008 and should be included on the year-end polls for readers to vote on.
Submit a pick (or two) for the category and briefly explain yourself either by emailing pwtorch@gmail.com (recommended for PWTorch App and Mobile users) or adding your response in the "Comment" section below.
I would nominate the Taker - Edge feud, they carried the Smackdown brand
just as good, if not better, then HBK/Jericho carried the Raw brand...they
headlined several major PPV main events as well.
TNA- Styles vs. Angle-I was at the Slammiversery PPV in South Haven, MS
(not Memphis, TN) and their match was definatley the Match of the Night.

Shawn Michaels vs Chris Jericho.Awesome storytelling from when Jericho
threw Shawn into the Jeritron to turn heel to Jericho opening the cut
around Shawn's eye at the Great American Bash to stop the match & make
Shawn announce his retirement with his wife at Summerslam to Jericho
accidently punching Shawn's wife at Summerslam to make Shawn unretire which
led to Shawn beating Jericho in their non-sanction match at Unforgiven only
to have Jericho replace CM Punk in the Raw Championship Scramble & win the
World Heavyweight title to Jericho beating Shawn in the Ladder match for
the title at No Mercy to end the feud.

Was there a better feud this year than HBK/Jericho? The whole ordeal at
SummerSlam is what put this feud over the top for me. Both put on great
matches and gave some of the best promos of the year. One of the best feuds
WWE has done in a long time.
