The Rock vs. The Undertaker headlined the final episode of Raw on USA Network 15 years ago today in September 2000 before Raw switched to TNN (Spike TV). WWE eventually switched back to USA five years later in 2005. Also, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were a focal point of the show with a third party (with Kurt Angle in Seth Rollins's role).

Jim Ross announced that the WWF is leaving the USA Network and they would have more details later in the show... Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, and Kurt Angle had a long opening talking segment playing off their love triangle issues...

(1) Bull Buchanan & Goodfather beat The Dudleys when Bull pinned Buh Buh at 4:10 after Stevie interfered with the Stevie kick. When the RTC attacked the Dudleys, the Acolytes ran out to the aid of the Dudleys... As Rock walked into the arena, Ross said tonight would be Rock's last appearance on USA Network on a Monday night. Rock stepped out and said if Undertaker wanted a title shot against him, all he had to do was ask. Undertaker came out and asked Rock who in the hell he is to call him out. The crowd wasn't quite sure whose side to take. Foley then walked out and described the PPV title match rules. Chris Benoit then walked out and said he deserves a title shot later on Raw. Kane's music then started and he walked out. Kane said he wanted a title shot. Foley said he was going to make Benoit face Kane and Rock face Undertaker later on Raw. Benoit nailed Kane with a chair as Rock and Taker had a staredown in mid-ring...

(2) Kane beat Chris Benoit via DQ at 4:16 when Benoit used the bell as a weapon. Benoit gave Kane a top-rope headbutt afterward. Kane sat right up...

(3) Triple H & Stephanie & Kurt Angle beat T&A & Trish at 4:30. In the end, Triple H stopped Test from coming off the top rope onto Steph. He then gave Test the Pedigree and draped Steph over him to get the pinfall win. Steph didn't know how it happened, but she stood up smiling. Steph jumped into Angle's arms after the match. Triple H gave Angle a spear and threw him and the ref out of the ring. Steph held him back...

(4) Rikishi fought Chyna to a no contest after Eddie tricked Chyna to wrestle for him. Eddie came out wrapped in a blanket. Rikishi beat him up, but that gave Rikishi a chance to gain a brief advantage on him. Eddie then sprayed Rikishi with mace. Chyna couldn't believe Eddie had the energy to attacked Rikishi and didn't seem pleased with being used like that. Chyna went to help Rikishi. Rikishi gave Chyna the Samoan drop and then, right in front Eddie, gave her the corner sit splash (which showed a ton of light). Eddie went into the ring to check on Chyna, but a few seconds too late. Tazz shouted right into Lawler's face that Rikishi was the winner...

(5) Edge & Christian beat Too Cool at 3:58 to retain the WWF Tag Team Titles after Edge hit Christopher with the tag title belt. Tazz continued to handle ring announcing duties and yelled that Edge & Christian won in Lawler's ear...

(6) The Undertaker pinned WWF World champion The Rock at 4:10 in a non-title match. Benoit did color commentary during the match. At 3:10, after brawling at ringside most of the match, Rock delievered the People's Elbow. The ref was down and thus couldn't count. Rock got up and tried to revive the ref. Taker then surpriused Rock with a chokeslam. The ref came to and crawled over to count on Rock, but Rock kicked out. Taker then gave Rock the Last Ride powerbomb and scored a three count.

Kane and Benoit attacked Taker after the match. Rock eventually got up and came to Taker's aid, clearing the ring of Kane as Taker cleared the ring of Benoit. Rock then gave Taker the Rock Bottom to show he wasn't in the mood to make friends. He stood over Taker as the show ended.
