(1) La Resistance beat The Dudleys at 7:44 after the new La Resistance associate disguised as a cameraman at ringside interfered. Good intensity, basic formula tag opener. (*1/2)

Johnathan Coachman interviewed The Dudleys afterward, giving credit to La Resistance for being "clever" in how they won. Bubba said those who are anti-American "suck"... Christian complained to Eric Bischoff backstage about being the IC Champ but not being on the PPV. He kept interrupting Bischoff, who said he had a plan to deal with Shane McMahon...

(2) Undertaker pinned A-Train (w/Sable) at 9:23. Taker did his top rope walk early. A-Train then took over offense for a while. Taker made a comeback including a guillotine legdrop on Train's head as it lay over the ring apron. In the end, Taker hit his chokeslam. Sloppy match. When Sable entered the ring afterward, Stephanie McMahon came out and attacked Sable. Train yanked Steph off of Sable. (*)

A recap aired of the Shane-Bischoff storyline... Live in the ring Bischoff said he was going to reveal what happened off-camera with Linda McMahon last week, but first addressed Vince McMahon. He said: "What are you doing running around eating hamburgers when you've got a hot juicy delicious filet mignon at home?" He said he and Linda did it "again and again." He said he found out where Shane gets his energy.

(3) Shane McMahon pinned Eric Bischoff at 10:35. Coachman actually turned heel by attacking Shane with a chair. Shane came back at 6:00 against a two-on-one. When Bischoff and Coach took over again, though, Steve Austin came out. Coach badmouthed Austin. Shane shoved Coach into Austin, giving Austin the provocation needed to give Coach a Stunner. Austin and Shane gave Coachman a stiff beating with stomps. Coachman could barely get up as they threw him out of the ring. Shane shoved Bischoff's limp arm into Austin, giving him the provocation necessary to give him a Stunner. Shane then gave Bischoff an elbow drop through a table at ringside for the win. Lame action, fun comedy. (*)

WrestleMania Recall showed Shawn Michaels beating Bret Hart to win the WWF Title in 1996... Backstage Ric Flair and Randy Orton were discussing strategy for the Elimination Chamber. When Orton began to say, "What if?" (i.e. he had a chance to win), Flair cut him off and said the one gameplan is to make sure Hunter walks away with the belt. Hunter entered the picture and said the same. Orton seemed disgruntled slightly...

(4) Eddie Guerrero beat Rhyno and Chris Benoit and Tajiri in a four-way when he pinned Rhyno after a frog splash at 10:52 to retain the U.S. Hvt. Title. Nice signature spots from everyone. Good match. (***)

(5) Kurt Angle beat Brock Lesnar via tapout at 21:18 to retain the WWE Smackdown Hvt. Title. Another flat out excellent match from these two. They went back and forth throughout with the hard suplexes and stiff action expected from these two. Angle escaped a Brock F5, but messed up a DDT attempt. They just redid it right immediately. The ref went down. Brock tapped out to an Anklelock, but the ref didn't see it. Vince McMahon came out and nailed Angle with a chair at 18:30. Lesnar then F5'd Angle, who seemed to land awkwardly. The groggy ref made a slow count, and Angle kicked out. Vince told Lesnar to do another F5, but Angle countered with an Anklelock. Brock reached the ropes, but Angle yanked him away right away. Angle then tapped. (****1/2)

(6) Kane beat Rob Van Dam at 12:51. They used a ladder early. Kane slipped on a top rope move. Decent but disappointing brawl. Van Dam missed a flying Van Daminator across the ring, then Kane hit a Tombstone on the ringside stairs for the win. (**1/4)

Terri interviewed a battered Bischoff. Linda entered and slapped Bischoff, then left.

(7) Triple H won the Elimination Chamber to retain the WWE Raw Hvt. Title at 19:18 over Chris Jericho, Shawn Michaels, Randy Orton, Kevin Nash, and Goldberg. Triple H sat out the whole match, hiding in his Chamber. Goldberg broke into the Chamber, but Speared into the Sledgehammer. (***)
