(6.2 rating; 5.8 first hour; 6.6 second hour; 10-week average-6.2)

Hosts: Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler...

(1) The Hardys (w/Lita) fought The Dudleys to a no-contest at 3:15 when T&A interfered. During the match, Steven Richards ran out and made off with one of the Dudleys' tables. Later, T&A ran out with Trish Stratus and a ladder. T&A set up the ladder in the ring and placed Lita on top of a table. Lita woke up while Trish was standing on the ladder. Lita climbed the ladder, but Trish threw her off and through the table. EMT's came out and tended to Trish... Backstage, EMT's attempted to place Lita inside an ambulance, but she refused...

(2) Road Dogg & X-Pac beat Too Cool at 3:50. In the end, X-Pac hit Grand Master Sexay with the X-Factor and scored the pin. A fast-paced match with good heat...

(3) Chris Benoit & Edge & Christian (w/Shane McMahon) beat The Rock & The Acolytes at 5:04. The babyfaces dominated Edge & Christian, but sold for Benoit. Late in the match, Shane punched Rock at ringside. Benoit hit Rock with a chairshot, and then hit Faarooq with a chairshot. Edge followed up with a DDT on Faarooq and scored the pin...

Backstage, Rock entered the heels' dressing room and hit Benoit with a chair. Edge and Christian jumped Rock while Shane dragged Benoit out of the room. Rock came back and left the tag champs lying. In the hallway, Rock attacked Benoit until security stepped in. Rock re-entered the heels' dressing room, punched Christian, grabbed a chair, and left. Rock chased after Benoit and found him by Shane's limo. Rock hit Benoit with another chairshot and gave him the Rock Bottom on top of the limo. As security stepped in, Benoit and Shane climbed inside the limo. As the limo drove away, Rock threw a chair at it and called the heels "chickensh--s" which was unedited...

(4) Dean Malenko (w/two women) beat Chyna (w/two women) by countout at 2:32. Late in the match, Perry Saturn ran out and beat up Guerrero which led to Chyna being counted out. Afterward, Terri walked out and hugged Saturn... Backstage, Kevin Kelly interviewed Triple H...

Tazz came to the ring for a promo. He talked about "Thug life" and said Kane, Rikishi, and Scotty Too Hotty were just victims to him. Foley walked to the ring and said Tazz will wrestle at the PPV, but added that he needs to find a suitable opponent. Al Snow walked to the ring with Head and asked Foley if he could have the match. Foley started to say no, but Tazz locked Snow in the Tazzmission. Once Tazz broke the hold, Foley announced Tazz vs. Snow at the PPV... Backstage, Cole interviewed Steph who said she was insulted by rumors about herself and Angle...

(5) Rikishi beat Test (w/Trish Stratus) at 1:44 with a Samoan Drop. Afterward, Val Venis and Albert ran out and attacked Rikishi. Too Cool ran out for the save, but were eventually outnumbered. Later, after Scotty gave Albert the Worm on the stage, Val threw Scotty off of the stage... Backstage, Angle told Triple H he had some ideas for their tag match. Triple H told him to do as he is told and they will get along despite their differences. Angle agreed and offered to either shake Triple H's hand or hug him. Funny...

(6) The Undertaker & Kane beat Triple H & Kurt Angle (w/Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley) at 5:10. Late in the match, Undertaker chased Angle to the back. In the ring, Triple H set up Angle for the Pedigree. Chris Jericho walked out as several referees tried to hold him back which distracted Triple H long enough for Kane to break the hold. Kane hit a chokeslam and scored the pin. Afterward, Jericho beat up Triple H to close the show.
