PARKS BLOG: Ten Questions on the illogical, unsophisticated, and unexplainable from tonight's Raw Oct 12, 2009 - 11:41:46 PM
(1) Chris Jericho, at the top of the show, mentioned that he's a captain on the Smackdown side for the 14-person Raw vs. Smackdown tag match at Bragging Rights. Didn't Michael Cole mention last week that the winners of the matches on the evening from each brand would go into the main event?
(2) How can a book about DX be "unauthorized" when it's written by the two members of the group?
(3) So Triple H knew somehow that Big Show was going to interrupt his promo and ask to be on the Raw team, so much so that he already cleared a match with the GM that could grant him a spot on said team?
(4) How far does one have to get into the ring to break an outside-the-ring ten count? Because I think Jericho made it in aside from his feet.
(5) What exactly did Jillian Hall, for years the low Diva on the totem pole, do to earn a title shot?
(6) Conversely, what did Mickie James do to piss someone off?
(7) What storyline, or real-life reason, would there be to book Orton and Cena against DiBiase and Rhodes? For someone who is supposedly a huge Cena fan, Nancy O'Dell didn't do him any favors by putting him in that match.
(8) What would've happened had Mickie retained her title? Would she have had to fight Melina too? Why not just have Mickie vs. Melina then, instead of Mickie vs. Jillian?
(9) Mark Henry vs. Chris Masters? That's the best Raw could do for the final person on the team?
(10) Why did Orton feel the need to tag in at the end before attacking Cena? Why didn't he just get in the ring and attack him? Clearly he's not averse to breaking the rules, as evidenced by his past transgressions.
