-Dusty Rhodes & Byron Saxton hype up the main event: Tyler Reks defending the FCW Title against #1 contender Alex Riley.
1 -- CHRISTOPH HERZOG vs. JOHNNY CURTIS
Herzog is Chris Raaber (Chris The Bambikiller) with a new ring name. Curtis works a headlock in the opening moments. Curtis springboards from the apron inside the ring with a legdrop for a nearfall. Herzog whips Curtis into the turnbuckle, but Curtis runs right out and connects with the Johnny Kick for the quick squash win.
WINNER: Johnny Curtis in 2:00. Herzog's nose was bleeding towards the end of the match so they might have gone home early. Regardless, it's ridiculous that a man the size of Herzog is doing two minute jobs. The last time we saw Herzog was the June 28 show where he lost to the debuting Aiden Frost in about three minutes.
-They repeated one of the lame Eric Escobar skits where he instructed doctors how to perform his knee surgery. Escobar participated in the tag team elimination match two weeks ago on this show. Nothing was mentioned about his injury or his return. Why are they even showing these?
Logan nails a hiptoss into a backbreaker for a quick nearfall. Logan with a snap suplex. Rhodes started talking about the Grand Royale next week and said he didn't know the rules. Apparently he missed the commercial that listed all the rules last week. Logan works over Croft's arm when suddenly "Hail to the Chief" starts playing. FCW General Manager Abraham Washington and Rosa Mendes walk out to ringside. Washington reminded everybody about the Grand Royale next week. Washington said he wasn't paying Beretta and Angel to stand at ringside, so he was turning this into a non-title tag match.
3 – FCW Tag Champions CAYLEN CROFT & TRENT BERETTA vs. KRIS LOGAN & JUSTIN ANGEL – non-title Match
Beretta complains to the ref about his ring attire. Beretta was dressed in jeans, sneakers, white sunglasses, and some sort of coonskin cap. Logan knocks off the glasses and cap with one punch. Logan and Angel take out Beretta with a double slam and then knock Croft out of the ring with simultaneous dropkicks. Angel rolls up Beretta, but the referee is way out of position. Beretta back body drops Logan to the floor. Not a good landing. Croft quickly throws Logan in the ring for a nearfall. Since he noticed the coonskin cap, Dusty has been obsessing about Daniel Boone. Logan surprises Beretta with a powerslam for a nearfall. Logan reverses a Beretta European uppercut attempt into a backslide for the win.
WINNERS: Kris Logan & Justin Angel in 5:17. Lousy setup, but a good match.

4 – MR. TARVER vs. SWEET PAPI SANCHEZ
Tarver channeled Elix Skipper and kept shouting that this was his house. Sanchez tossed candy to the fans around ringside before the match. Tarver, who does an MMA gimmick, tries to distance himself from Sanchez and hits some punches to the gut. Sanchez grabs Tarver for a chokeslam, but Tarver breaks free with a spinning backfist. Sanchez hoists up Tarver and sends him down throat first on the top rope. Sanchez attempts a splash in the corner, but Tarver gets his feet up. Tarver alternates between punches to the gut and kicks to the shin. Sanchez takes back control with a spin kick. Sanchez follows a splash in the corner with a mafia kick for the win.
WINNER: Sweet Papi Sanchez in 3:07. Standard fare. Tarver's MMA offense is quite entertaining.
-After the match, Sanchez danced in the ring. Tarver got back on his feet and knocked Sanchez out with one punch. Tarver shouted something about FCW giving him what he deserves.
[Commercial Break]
5 – DONNY MARLOW vs. FRED ROSSER
Rhodes called Marlow a young rookie and a young guy. Thanks for the information. Rosser is making his FCW television debut. Rosser is the former Fred Sampson who worked in ECWA for Jim Kettner and also Chaotic Wrestling. Dusty said that himself and Dr. Tom Prichard were very impressed watching Rosser train. Both men exchange holds. Rosser with a clothesline for a nearfall. Rosser climbs to the second rope, but Marlow grabs his ankle and sends him crashing to the mat. Since he is Hawaiian Marlow does all the classic moves like headbutts, karate chops, and the dreaded nerve hold. Marlow with a Samoan drop for the win.
WINNER: Donny Marlow in 3:28. Wasn't expecting Marlow to get the victory, but both men looked good.
-A commercial aired hyping the Grand Royale for next week.
[Commercial Break]
6 – TYLER REKS vs. ALEX RILEY (w/Beverly) – FCW Heavyweight Championship Match
Riley wins the collar and elbow tie up battle and gets a cheap shot in on Reks. Reks scores with a dropkick and then works over a side headlock. Reks attempts to hit the ropes, but Riley grabs his hair and yanks him to the mat. Reks with a flying crossbody off the second rope for a nearfall. Riley escapes another side headlock with a jawbreaker. Reks attempts to hit the ropes again, but Beverly grabs his ankle. Riley hits Reks with a dropkick to send him to the floor. Riley nails a clothesline on the outside.
[Commercial Break]
Back in the ring, Riley is now working a side headlock. Riley yanks the hair again to take Reks to the mat. Riley with a swinging neckbreaker for a nearfall. Back to another headlock. Riley with a picture perfect dropkick for another nearfall. Reks with a schoolboy for a nearfall. Riley regains control with a clothesline and goes back to the headlock. Fans chant "Riley sucks." Reks comes back with a running dropkick. Reks hits a flapjack for a nearfall. Reks flips out of a back suplex attempt and nails Riley with a running clothesline. Reks with the High Tide elbow drop for a nearfall. Riley reverses the Burning Hammer attempt and nails Reks with a hangman's neckbreaker (Rude Awakening). Riley covers Reks after a Samoan drop and drapes his feet over the bottom rope for leverage. The ref notices and refuses to count. Riley has Reks in a powerbomb position, but Reks turns it into a back body drop. Reks with a moonsault off the second rope for a nearfall. Reks tosses Riley over the top rope to the floor. Reks runs across the ring for a suicide dive. Riley grabs a chair and smacks Reks with it prompting the DQ.
WINNER: Tyler Reks by DQ in 13:13 of what aired to remain FCW Heavyweight Champion. Slow and methodical early on. The amount of headlocks was ridiculous. The last several minutes were fine.
