-Announcers Tim Dixon & Lodi hype up the main even for this episode. Newly crowned NWA Charlotte Cruiserweight Champion Josh Magnum will defend his title against Malachi in a first blood match.

1 – CAMERON VALENTINE & MICHAEL YOUNGBLOOD vs. TEAM EGO (Abel Adams & Will Snapp w/Joey Nuggs)

The team of Valentine & Youngblood work over Snapp's arm early on. Valentine with a series of elbows to Snapp's head. Youngblood tags in and hits some power moves on Snapp. Snapp surprises Youngblood with a clothesline and tags in Adams. The babyface team gives Adams a double back elbow and then simultaneous elbow drops. Adams with a belly to belly suplex on Youngblood. Snapp tags back in and quickly tosses Youngblood to the outside. With the referee distracted, manager Joey Nuggs assaults Youngblood with his cane. Youngblood rallies with some chops. Before Youngblood can make the tag, Snapp shoves him back into the corner of Team Ego. Adams with a crisp powerslam for a nearfall. Youngblood with a DDT on Snapp. Valentine tags in and goes to town on Team Ego. While Valentine and Snapp brawl on the floor, Adams spears Youngblood in the ring. Valentine sneaks up behind Adams and rolls him up for the win.

WINNERS: Cameron Valentine & Michael Youngblood in 8:53. This was my first time watching both of these teams in action. Neither team was that impressive. Adams is definitely the better worker of Team Ego.

-Tim Dixon interviews Josh Magnum. Magnum said that Malachi has been hounding him since the inception of NWA Charlotte. Tonight, Malachi will bleed first.

-Joey Eastman comes to the ring in Middle Eastern attire. Eastman raised his hand and told the fans to sit down in silence so he could speak. Eastman said he went to the cradle of civilization to find his man. The man he's about to introduce is undefeated in his country and has killed six of his opponents. Out comes The Sheik complete with pointy-toed wrestling boots. The ring announcer asked the fans to quiet down so Sheik could pray. Lodi asked which way Mecca was. The fans began to chant "USA" as Sheik prayed.

2 – THE SHEIK (w/Joey Eastman) vs. ICEBERG

Iceberg dominates the initial striking contest. The Sheik runs out to the floor to regroup and Iceberg follows him. Iceberg chokes Sheik with his own robe. Back in the ring, Sheik regains control with some kicks. Sheik is tapping his boot on the mat like it's loaded with something. Eastman sneaks in a shot at Iceberg whenever the ref isn't paying attention. At ringside, Sheik slams a chair on Iceberg's back. Iceberg tries to rally with some punches, but Sheik hits him with a shot to the throat. Iceberg reverses an Irish whip and splashes the Sheik in the corner. Iceberg follows up with a splash on the mat for the victory.

WINNER: Iceberg in 5:24. Interesting debut for The Sheik. The character is a mix between the original Sheik and Iron Sheik. Since he was working Iceberg, we didn't get to see much outside of punches and kicks.

-After the match, The Sheik attacks Iceberg with a railroad spike. Iceberg bleeds while The Sheik throws a fit at ringside. Sheik enters the ring again and continues his attack. Security was finally able to escort Sheik out of the ring.

-A video aired recapping the Jeff Lewis vs. C.W. Anderson match from a few weeks ago. Anderson won the match, but Lewis retained the NWA Charlotte Mid-Atlantic Heritage Championship because the title must be defended within a ten minute time limit and the match went just over ten minutes.

-Tim Dixon interviews Jeff Lewis. Lewis said he brought in his friend to watch his back and that Anderson betrayed him. Lewis said Anderson didn't get the job done. The next time they step in the ring it would be Anderson's final curtain.

3 – AMBER O'NEAL (w/Krissy Vaine) vs. JAMIE JAMISON – Winner becomes the 1st NWA Charlotte Women's Champion

Both ladies exchange roll ups and armdrags. O'Neal gets Jamison in the corner and hits Jamison with a back elbow. Jamison with a hiptoss and a clothesline. O'Neal escapes to the outside so Team Blondage can talk strategy. With the referee distracted, Vaine attacks Jamison on the floor. Vaine throws Jamison back in the ring. O'Neal makes a cover for a nearfall. O'Neal hits two suplexes for another nearfall. Jamison hits the ropes, but O'Neal catches her with an ugly knee to the gut. O'Neal puts Jamison in the corner and gives her a stink face. Jamison comes back with some clotheslines and suplexes. O'Neal goes to the outside and switches with Vaine. Vaine rolls up Jamison for the cheap win.

WINNER: Amber O'Neal in 8:49 to become the first ever NWA Charlotte Women's Champion. Very basic match. I'm having bad flashbacks to the Basham Brothers run in WWE after the finish.

4 – JOSH MAGNUM vs. MALACHI – NWA Charlotte Cruiserweight Title First Blood Match

These two men have been at odds since the inception of NWA Charlotte. This is Magnum's first title defense since winning the title in a TLC Battle Royal. If you're a fan of spotfests, I recommend you check out that match. The battle spills to the floor early on. Magnum works over Malachi's shoulder while grinding an elbow into his face. Malachi goes to the outside to recover. Magnum runs across the ring to attempt a tope, but Malachi throws a chair in his face. Malachi removes a turnbuckle pad. Both men struggle to ram each other into the exposed metal. Malachi sets Magnum on the announce table and hits him with a diving elbow off the apron with a chair. Sounds way more impressive than it looked. Malachi sets up a ladder at ringside. Magnum catches Malachi with a chairshot. Magnum slams Malachi on the concrete floor. Magnum climbs the ladder and jumps off with a somersault onto Malachi. Back in the ring, Malachi grinds his boot into Magnum's face. Malachi gives Magnum a DDT onto a chair. Moments later, Magnum slingshots Malachi into the exposed turnbuckle. Malachi is bleeding and Magnum is declared the winner.

WINNER: Josh Magnum in 8:04 to retain the NWA Charlotte Cruiserweight Title. Another good spotfest match with the cruiserweights. Before the slingshot spot you could clearly see Malachi grab the razor from his wrist tape and blade his forehead before being sent into the turnbuckle. Editing could have easily cleared that up.
