Hulk Hogan took shots at WWE's corporate environment, WWE management headed up by Vince McMahon, and the writing process headed up by Stephanie McMahon during his appearance on Rob Van Dam's radio show last night to contrast the perceived negative environment in WWE and the positive environment he says he's bringing to TNA.

Hogan painted a picture of TNA being a friendly hang-out place where old wrestling buddies get together to throw creative ideas at the wall and shoot the s--- compared to the stuffy, political, corporate-unfriendly WWE environment in an attempt to sell RVD on joining TNA.

"In WWE, you just become a name and a number and they push and push and it gets real impersonal. You know the chain of command, the nepotism, and the good old buddy system," Hogan said. "I got to the point where (when) I knew I had to go to Monday Night Raw, I got physically sick. I couldn't imagine going to the building at noon, sitting in a room, and it was almost like a minute was like an hour. By the time I went to the ring and the games you had to play, I couldn't take it anymore."

Hogan described TNA as a wrestling environment where everyone has a good time and he's listening to everyone who has an idea - even the cab driver. He said the business is about a "bunch of friends having a good time doing business doing all this creative input."

"We don't have a girl writing the show telling us what to say," Hogan said in a somewhat-sexist remark aimed at Stephanie McMahon. "I see some of the stuff that's written (in TNA) and I just say, 'Don't even look at that crap. Let's you and I rock.' That's how it was with almost anyone I worked with. If I feel it and believe it, you don't have to read some stupid-ass script."

Hogan summed up his sales pitch by saying it's the first time "one of the boys" is running a wrestling promotion on a national level and he claims to not have an agenda for anything he's doing with the TV product.

"It ain't no pitch. It's a shoot, bro. We're not playing games. You (RVD) come to the table and it makes the tide rise. This company is going to even the score, then we're going to start spanking people consistently," Hogan said. "We don't have agendas, brother. We don't have families writing the show or brothers-in-law holding the titles. It's the first time you've got one of the boys running the business and there's no agenda."
