Kurt Angle's ex-girlfriend, Trenesha Biggers, claims she went to the police on August 15 to file a police report nine days after an alleged incident with Kurt Angle to have a report on record in case Angle killed her.

Biggers's powerful claim in a TV interview with ABC Ch. 4 in Pittsburgh was not included in the TV report, but Ch. 4 posted raw footage of Biggers's entire interview on their website.

"I told the officer who took the report to know what's happening right now in case I'm not alive and if no one knows what happened to me," Biggers claimed. "I hadn't even told anyone what was going on - not even my own mother - until the day of the official report."

Biggers claimed there were approximately seven "domestic violence" incidents leading up to the Aug. 6 incident in Angle's home. Angle's attorneys were able to exonerate Angle on the basis of Biggers waiting nine days to file a police report after the alleged incident. Biggers says her case of "domestic violence" was different than most cases because she had to consider losing her job with TNA.

"This whole case has affected my wrestling career greatly, as I assumed that it would, which is another reason - if people are wondering why she would stay (with Angle) - pretty much know that I would be putting my career on the line to come forward," she said. "Most women go through domestic violence and don't have to worry about being fired from their job if they tell. There's a lot more factors that came into play to make this decision."

Biggers also addressed questions of her motives for speaking out against Angle, who claims Biggers was trying to extort money from him and ruin his life.

"There's no possible motive I could have for making frivolous charges. There was no benefit for me except for the number one benefit - safety and creating awareness for domestic violence," she said.
