ROH All-Star Extravaganza News & Notes

- Jay Lethal retained both the ROH World Title and the ROH TV Title match on the same night.

Lethal beat Bobby Fish in the opening match to retain the TV Title, then beat Kyle O'Reilly in the main event to retain the ROH Title.

Lethal won the main event when Adam Cole turned on O'Reilly to re-establish The Kingdom.

Earlier in the night, The Kingdom's Matt Taven & Mike Bennett won the ROH Tag Titles from incumbent champions The Addiction and the Young Bucks in a three-team match.

- A.J. Styles won a #1 contender match over Michael Elgin, Roderick Strong, and Adam Cole. Styles will advance to face Jay Lethal for the ROH Title on a future ROH show.

- TNA wrestler Kenny King returned to ROH after a three-year absence to re-form All Night Express with Rhett Titus, who had been doing the "Romantic Touch" gimmick in ROH for a few years.

ANX then beat The Briscoes, who had an Open Challenge.

- A.C.H. beat Matt Sydal to take a 2-1 series lead in their Best-of-Five. The fourth match is scheduled for Saturday's ROH TV taping at the same venue in San Antonio.

- Moose beat Cedric Alexander in a No DQ grudge match that included multiple weapon shots to the head.

- ROH returns to cable PPV on December 18 for Final Battle from Philadelphia.
