Joey Ryan, who was released from TNA last week, is now scheduled to return to Pro Wrestling Guerrilla on their 10th Anniversary Show in August.

PWG announced Thursday night via Twitter that Joey will return to the Southern California independent promotion for a traditional six-person PWG tag match.

The match is Joey Ryan & Ryan Taylor & Peter Avalon vs. B-Boy & Willie Mack & Candice LaRae.

On Wednesday, Joey exclusively told PWTorch that he was not scheduled to return on the 10-year anniversary show, but his return date was up in the air.

"I'm still part owner and I've been going to the shows when I haven't been on the road (with TNA)," Joey exclusively told PWTorch columnist Pat McNeill on the PWTorch Livecast. "Even though I haven't been appearing on-camera, I will definitely be there (at the anniversary show)."

Joey added: "The shows get booked months in advance, so I don't want to just get thrown in. If I'm coming back, I want to make sure it's for something important and something good."
