Former WWE tag team wrestler B. Brian Blair was ordered to be released from jail during a court hearing this morning in Florida. Blair spent the night in jail after being arrested early Sunday morning for two felony counts of child abuse.
Blair did not have to post bail to be released, which could take several hours to process before he's allowed to return home.
The presiding judge in this morning's court proceedings turned over the case of Blair punching and choking his two teenage sons to the Department of Children and Families. The judge also ordered "no contact" between Blair and his sons.
Blair was accused of punching, shoving, and choking his two sons, age 17 and 12, early Sunday morning around 4:00 a.m. Blair was then arrested at his home in the Tampa, Fla. area around 5:00 a.m.
