Current Ring of Honor wrestler Jerry Lynn was recently interviewed on the Submission Radio show in Australia. He had the following things to say about WWE, TNA, and ROH:

-- Regarding WWE's ECW brand: "It's kind of sad, but what are you going to do? He's (Vince McMahon) just using it as a place to put wrestlers he can't figure out what to do with on Raw and Smackdown."

-- Regarding TNA looking like WCW in the dying days: "I said that when were still at the Fairgrounds (in Nashville, Tenn. when TNA originated). Things started changing. It started looking like WCW on its last legs again. They buried the X Division and made it mean nothing anymore. That's part of the political crap you see going on." ... Lynn recalled a conversation with TNA founder Jerry Jarrett while in Nashville when Jerry "looked both ways and said, 'my own son doesn't even get it.'"

-- Regarding Jeff Jarrett's politics in TNA: "TNA always says there's no glass ceiling, but there is. I'm sure even Kurt Angle has hit the ceiling. Jeff's not stupid. He knows when the pull the rug out from under people."

-- Regarding his role as a backstage agent in TNA from the end of 2005 to summer 2007: "Exciting job for a while, but when it started looking like WCW or didn't make sense, it became frustrating. Wrestlers were frustrated because it didn't make sense to them. Office wouldn't give an explanation and said, 'This is just the way we want it.' ... As long as Jeff is in charge of the booking, nothing is going to change."

-- Regarding ROH's debut on HDNet, Lynn said it's a "proving ground that could turn into something" significant for the company. ... "Helping out wherever they need me." Lynn said, "There won't be any titles put on me or anything."
