WEEKEND REPORT, NEWS & NOTES

ROH held its PPV on Saturday in Detroit, with Nigel McGuinness retaining his title by defeating Claudio Castagnoli.

Pro Wrestling Unplugged returned Saturday with more than 500 fans in attendance Saturday in Philadelphia. In the main event, Sandman defeated Jake “The Snake” Roberts.

Al Snow & Spike Dudley teamed up Saturday to win a tag match in National Wrestling Superstars in New Jersey. Results are below.
