WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross published a new blog on jrsbarbq.com tonight discussing Brock Lesnar's MMA victory at the UFC 116 PPV on Saturday night. Ross also hit on a few news and notes related to the former WWE stars assembled at the fight in support of Lesnar.

-- Ross said "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson have upcoming movie projects that begin filming soon. He also said Lesnar, Austin, and Rock met up before Lesnar's UFC Hvt. Title defense to share old WWE stories.

"Steve Austin and Rock had a meaningful visit in Brock's locker room and talked old times, their last match in Seattle at WrestleMania including Dwayne watching a Stone Cold DVD recently where he enjoyed going back in the day," Ross said.

"Both WWE greats have new films to begin soon...Steve in Vancouver and Rock in Puerto Rico."

-- Ross commented on meeting up with Paul Heyman once again and talking about everything except for pro wrestling.

"Paul Heyman, who is writing Brock's autobiography w/ the Undisputed UFC Heavyweight Champion, was euphoric and rightfully so," Ross said. "Paul and Brock have become best friends. It was good to catch up w/ Paul and the subject of pro wrestling never came up once."

-- Ross also described Lesnar greeting him after the fight, doing his own running commentary during the PPV, and other topics from the weekend in his blog on jrsbarbq.com.
